Electrolytically annealed copper conductor

Cl-1 (cross-sectional area up to 4 mm2) or CL-2 (cross-sectional area 6 mm2 and above), in accordance with IEC 60228

Cl-5 (RVMV-K/VVMV-K), in accordance with IEC 60228

XLPE insulation (RVMV/RVMV-K) or PVC insulation (VVMV/ VVMV-K), in accordance with IEC 60502

1-5 cores: color coded (RVMV/RVMV-K)

6 cores and above: black numbered + yellow-green (VVMV/VVMV-K)

Continuously extruded PVC lining, ST1/ST2, in accordance with IEC 60502

Galvanized steel or aluminum wire armor

Soft PVC lining, ST1/ST2, in accordance with IEC 60502

RVMV cable

Definition: RVMV (Rigid Varmetallkabel mit Vlies) is a rigid metal armored cable, usually used for fixed laying indoors or outdoors.

Structure:

Conductor: Copper conductor (in accordance with EN 60228 standard) with high conductivity.

Insulation: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation layer, providing good electrical insulation performance.

Armor: Galvanized steel tape or steel wire armor for enhanced mechanical protection.

Sheath: PVC outer sheath, which is resistant to abrasion, UV and chemical corrosion.

VVMV Cable

Definition: VVMV (Varnished Cambric and PVC Sheathed Armoured Cable) is an armored cable with varnished cloth and PVC sheath, suitable for more severe environmental conditions.

Structure:

Conductor: Also copper conductor.

Insulation: Varnished cloth wrapping plus PVC insulation provides additional thermal stability and mechanical strength.

Armour: Similar to RVMV, galvanised steel belt or steel wire armor is used.

Sheath: PVC outer sheath, which enhances resistance to environmental factors.

RVMV-K Cable

Definition: RVMV-K is a flexible version of RVMV. K stands for “Klein” (small), which means it is more flexible and suitable for occasions that require frequent movement or bending.

Features: In addition to maintaining the original electrical and mechanical properties, RVMV-K achieves higher flexibility by optimizing the internal structure, which is convenient for installation in narrow spaces.

VVMV-K Cable

Definition: VVMV-K is a flexible version of VVMV, also designed to adapt to applications that require higher flexibility.

Features: Compared with VVMV, VVMV-K improves its flexibility while retaining its original protection performance, suitable for applications that require both good mechanical protection and a certain degree of flexibility.

Application Scenarios

Fixed installation: such as power distribution networks within factories, power connections for large mechanical equipment, etc.

Mobile applications: For RVMV-K and VVMV-K, they are more suitable for situations where the position needs to be adjusted frequently or arranged in limited space, such as robot arms on automated production lines, movable workstations, etc.
