TEWP 200℃ high temperature resistant lightweight insulated cable & wire is a high-performance insulated wire. This wire has three insulation layers with a core wire in the middle. Its insulation thickness can be as low as a few microns. At the same time, due to the use of special coated conductors, it achieves low loss and high space coefficient. Compatible, it can greatly reduce the size of electrical equipment using this material, save materials, and significantly reduce costs.

Especially for the motor and transformer industry, reinforced insulated conductors consisting of three layers completely isolate the primary and secondary of the transformer. Therefore, it eliminates barriers, interlayer tapes and insulating tubes in the transformer. In addition to reducing the size of the transformer and saving material costs, its performance can also be improved by reducing the distance between coils.
