Especially for the motor and transformer industry, reinforced insulated conductors consisting of three layers completely isolate the primary and secondary of the transformer. Therefore, it eliminates barriers, interlayer tapes and insulating tubes in the transformer. In addition to reducing the size of the transformer and saving material costs, its performance can also be improved by reducing the distance between coils.
