Characteristics:
1. Physical properties
a. Excellent mechanical properties:
Tensile strength ≥ 20.7MPa, elongation at break > 200%
After aging:
Condition: 260±1.0℃/96H
Residual rate of tensile strength > 85% Residual rate of elongation at break ≥ 85%
b. Flame retardancy: VW-1, vertical burning, 5 times, 15S each time, any residual flame is not more than 60S
c. Low temperature bending: -10℃±2℃/4H, the sample surface is qualified if there is no crack
2. Electrical properties
a. Rated temperature: 200℃ Rated voltage: 300V
b. Spark test: No breakdown occurs when passing through the test electrode. Spark test voltage is 3000V
C. Dielectric withstand voltage: 2KV, no breakdown in 60 seconds
