Scope of application

FXL Lacquer Wire and FXLP Aircraft Shielded Lacquer Wire are mainly used for low-voltage line connection on aircraft with AC rated voltage not exceeding 250V.

Usage characteristics

The long-term allowable operating temperature of the conductive wire core should not exceed 60℃.

FXL type wire has rubber insulation, with cotton yarn braided on the outside and coated with lacquer.

FXLP type wire adds tinned copper wire braid as shielding layer on the basis of FXL to provide better electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection.

Technical performance

The cotton yarn braid is tightly wrapped on the wire insulation layer, and the braiding density is not less than 90%.

The diameter range of tinned copper wire is 0.12~0.3mm, and the shielding braiding density is not less than 80%, which helps to improve the anti-interference ability.

The lacquer coating is flexible and resistant to flame, cold, heat, moisture, and the effects of a mixture of mineral oil and gasoline.

Special requirements

There are certain regulations on the delivery length. For example, for some types of small-section wires, the shortest acceptable delivery is 10 meters or even shorter, but the number of these short segments should not exceed 10% of the total delivery.

3. Main technical performance

1. FXL type wires should have cotton yarn braiding and wax coating outside the rubber insulation.

2. FXLP type wires should use tinned copper wire braiding as a shielding layer outside the cotton yarn braided wax coating layer.

3. The cotton yarn braiding should be tightly wrapped on the wire insulation layer, and the braiding density should be not less than 90%. The diameter of the tinned copper wire is 0.12~0.3mm, and the braiding density of the tinned copper wire shielding should be not less than 80%.

4. The wax layer of the wire should be elastic and have the properties of flame retardancy, cold resistance, heat resistance, moisture resistance and resistance to mineral oil and gasoline mixture.

4. Delivery length

1. The manufacturing length of the wire should comply with the provisions of Table 4. Short wire segments are allowed to be delivered, but their number should not exceed 10% of the total delivery length. Table 4 Manufacturing length
